My personal goals and plans are to keep participating in PE class and try to keep my fitness as high as I can.
I have been eating a lot healthier than I have in the past few years just because my family and I wanted to change our bad eating habits, not completely healthy but it is an improvement.

I don't play any sports outside of school but I started working out and I work out five times a week.
I never come to school without my gym clothes because I pack it the night before and that helps me not forget.
Sometimes I do not participate in our workouts because I don't feel like it in the morning but when I am not feeling lazy there's no reason for me not to participate.
Everyone in the class has made a contribution to the social dynamic of the class because we did a class wide warm up where everyone comes up with their own and everyone in the class does it.
I think my fitness has improved a little bit since the start of the semester because I participate in most of the activities and we also have two days of fitness this year now instead of once a week. I have also started working out on my own time and I think that is helping me as well. As a class I feel like most of us participate but not everyone.
